Exchange & Return Policy

Customers have a 10-day window from the date of receiving their jewel to inform our Customer Service team about their intention to initiate an exchange/return. Following this notification, customers are allotted an additional 10 days to physically return the item to us. Our team will provide the appropriate return address. Customers can exchange/return their product for an identical item or any other product(s) of equal or greater value. Personalised Items cannot be exchanged or refunded.

To qualify for an exchange/return, the jewelry should have the original jewellery case and the invoice. It should not have been worn or used in any way. Items that are damaged or used in any form will not be exchanged.

All returned products undergo a rigorous quality check. If your return passes our quality assessment, we will proceed to send you a new piece or we will process the refund within 15 days. The refund will be issued to the same card or account that was used for the original purchase.
